Refund policy
Dream of Maia is happy to credit (excluding any shipping charges) for exchange only if returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. The return will be assessed for approval by our Master Jewellers unless the item is not of merchantable quality. If approved a credit would be made to the purchaser, upon request, only if payment has been received in-full by Dream of Maia. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. All custom orders and special orders placed on dreamofmaia.com are final sale.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from dreamofmaia.com

REPAIRS
Items purchased from Dream of Maia:
For all repair inquiries, please email us and include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece we will issue shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
